Artist statement:
...Old people say that there is a place in the forest that has extraordinary power, and only a person with a pure soul can go there...
...In order to get there, a person will go through a thousand trials. On this way he/she can die or gain inhuman strength and turn into a person who has superpowers, who can see the future, know how to control time, heal with words, move stones, and people always believe him/her.
...In order to get there, a person will go through a thousand trials until his/her spirit is hardened and his/her heart is purified.
…And there were people who came to this place, and they became ancestors of proud people who do not accept authority over themselves. And their descendants were always free and resisted the enemies.
...II began to look for this power and words that would express that limitless power.

Photos are made with pinhole camera that is a simple camera without a lens but with a tiny aperture (the so-called pinhole) – effectively a light-proof box with a small hole in one side. Light from a scene passes through the aperture and projects an inverted image on the opposite side of the box, which is known as the camera obscura effect.
